Shri Rajput Karni Sena has raised objections about the upcoming film Prithviraj of Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar. In such a situation, it seems that once again a period film can get stuck. This is Akshay Kumar's first period film, in which he is playing the role of Prithviraj Chauhan. The shooting of the film was going on in Rajasthan, which has been stopped by Shri Rajput Karni Sena. He has demanded filmmakers to teach the script. Apart from this, he has also warned to stop shooting of the film across India if not done.
This is another film after 'Padmavat' and 'Jodha Akbar', on which the Karni Sena has begun to protest. Speaking to Dainik Jagran, the national president of Shri Rajput Karni Sena Mahipal Singh Makrana said that our demand is that we should be shown the script first. The panel of our historians will read this script. If they approve the script of the film, then the film will be shot.
He further said that if the filmmakers do not do this, then they will have to bear the brunt of it. We will not allow shooting not only in Rajasthan but all over India. Mahipal Singh said that he has met the director of the film Chandprakash Dwivedi and has also warned the director to show the script to the panel of our historians. However, the director says that the producers of the film's script is the matter of the producers.
Meanwhile, Mr. Rajput Karni Sena has also stopped the shooting of the film going on in Jamwa-Ramgarh, Jaipur and has threatened to stop shooting further. Let us tell you that the film 'Padmavat', which came a few years ago, was also strongly opposed by the Karni Sena, due to which the shooting and release of the film was greatly affected. Rajput Karni Sena also attacked Sanjay Leela Bhansali during the shooting of 'Padmavat' in Jaipur.
