Renowned journalist and actor Vishwamohan Badola died in a hospital here late on Monday evening. He was 85. He is survived by a wife and a son and two daughters.
The editor of the Lucknow edition of the Times of India, Mr. Vadola was an actor of theater and films. He also acted in several serials. He also worked in Shahrukh Khan's film Swadesh. Amma was also in the family serial. He used to stage theater with Om Puri. He also acted in plays like Tughlaq.
Born in Garhwal, Uttarakhand, Mr. Badola was suffering from paralysis for the last eight months. He also worked in the Deccan Herald Northeastern magazine Pioneer.
