Protests are going on regarding the Amazon Prime Webseries Mirzapur 2 and local MP and former Union Minister Anupriya Patel has protested against the series by tweeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Apadal chief Anupriya has demanded an inquiry, telling a story that defames his parliamentary constituency Mirzapur. Now MLA Ratnakaramishra of Mirzapur district has also come forward. They have demanded a ban on it.

Raju Srivastava, President of Uttar Pradesh Film Development Council, also did not like Mirzapur 2 Webseries. He will protest against Yogi Adityanath over the violence and nudity and language of the film. Srivastava said that students and youths watch such series more. Violence affects their minds and minds. Webseries should also require censor board approval.

After the performance of Mirzapur 2 on Amazon Prime, protests are being held over the negative image of the district. After the tweet of MP Anupriya, the matter has become hot. He said that Mirzapur is developing. It is the center of harmony. Through the Mirzapur webseries, it is being maligned as a violent area. Aversion is being spread through this series.

Local BJP MLA Ratnakaramishra has also stood against the series. They will meet Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and register their protest. He said that in this series the wrong image of Mirzapur district has been presented. It is a spiritual and historical district. Stone Age remains are present here. The image of this district which is most likely in the field of tourism is being damaged. It must be stopped.

Intellectuals and social activists have also lodged their protest about the famous websites Mirzapur 2. A letter has been sent to the Prime Minister and Chief Minister through the District Magistrate. The websites also depict Mirzapur as a violent district.

But the reality is beyond this. Two-three decades ago there have been many gang-related discussions. But now it is in the category of quiet district. Phoolan Devi and Dadua's brother Balakumar, being MPs from here or contesting the election of Seemaparihar, do not have an image of violence.
