The global business icon and Jharkhand based manufacturer of steel, Ratan Tata, has recently declared that his company will continue paying monthly salary to the deprived families of those workers who lost their life due to the deadly coronavirus. Often recognized for his leniency and sympathetic behavior to all of his employees, Ratan Tata is now being termed and worshipped as a god by the families of all of his employees. There are many such instances, when he had done much more than a businessman does. Various times he went out of the ways and stood up to help the people and the families of his employees. As such, amid the second wave of Covid-19 that has run shocking wave among the various families, the renowned Tata Steel resolved to stand by the victims’ families and help them above and beyond the company circular. He executed the social security schemes to for them. As per his statement, the salary will be allotted till the age of retirement age of the deceased, which extend up to 60 years. The salary structure will be equal to the last salary withdrawn by the deceased. This apart, the company will also provide them with the residential facilities and medical benefits.
