The number of active cases has reduced to 2014 by 2.14 lakh.

The recovery rate in the country has increased to 96.51 percent and the rate of active cases has been 2.04 percent.

Kerala has recorded the highest number of 1212 active cases during the last 24 hours, taking their number to 64,759. At the same time, the maximum number of 4270 patients became healthy, which together the number of those who beat Corona has increased to more than seven and a half lakhs, while the death toll of 25 more patients has increased to 3347. Kerala ranks first in active cases.

There are 396 active cases in Maharashtra and the number is 53,067. The number of people who have been coronated in the state has gone up to 18.71 lakh, while the death toll of 50 more patients has increased to 50,151.

In the national capital Delhi, there is a continuous decrease in active cases and now their number is 3179. At the same time 16 more patients have died, due to which the number of dead has increased to 10,707. More than 6.17 lakh patients have been coronated in Delhi.

In the southern state of Karnataka, the number of active cases of corona has come down by 435 to 8928. The death toll in the state has gone up to 12,149 and so far more than 9.07 lakh patients have been recovered. There are 2411 active cases in Andhra Pradesh. At the same time 7133 people have lost their lives and more than 8.75 lakh people have become infection free.

Uttar Pradesh, the country's largest state by population, reduced 304 cases to 10,560 in the last 24 hours. 8514 people have died due to this epidemic and so far more than 5.75 lakh patients have recovered.

The number of active cases in Tamil Nadu has come down to 6807 and so far 12,336 people have died. More than 8.08 lakh patients have been infection free in the state.

In Odisha, the number of active cases has increased from 42 to 1985, while 3.28 lakh people have got rid of this infection while the number of dead has reached 1894. There are 4458 active cases in Telangana and 1571 people have died while more than 2.84 lakh people have recovered from this epidemic.

In West Bengal, active cases of corona have reduced by 146 to 7392 and 9975 people have died. So far, more than 5.44 lakh people have recovered in the state. In Punjab, the number of active cases has come down to 2788 and the number of people getting rid of infection has increased to more than 1.61 lakhs while 5456 patients have lost their lives.

In Madhya Pradesh, the number of active cases has been reduced by 152 and their number has come down to 7499 and so far more than 2.38 lakh people have become healthy while 3726 people have died due to this disease. In Chhattisgarh, the number of active cases has come down by 490 to 8060. 2.79 lakh people have been coronated in the state while the death toll has gone up to 3517 with the death of 12 more patients.

There are 7439 active cases in Gujarat and 4350 people have died and more than 2.41 lakh people have also recovered from this disease. The number of active cases in Bihar has increased by 180 to 4234. In the state, 1443 people have died due to corona while more than 2.5 lakh people have become infection free.
